I need my exam done quickly.  When can you see me?
As soon as possible!  To find out when you can have an appointment, call us at (519) 748-8510 or click the red "BOOK ONLINE" button at the bottom of this page.

I need my exam done before my 30-day deadline.  Help!
If you are seen and examined by a 'panel physician' (like us) within your 30-day deadline, then you have met that deadline.  It is fine if some of your results come in after the 30-day deadline.

Who sends my medical file to the government?
Your file is sent directly to the government by your immigration doctor. We transfer your files safely and electronically using the eMedical system.

How quickly is my file sent to the government after my appointment?
We submit your medical information as soon as we receive the results of your blood tests and chest x-ray.  It's usually submitted online within 2-5 business days of your appointment.  You will get an email from us a day after that, confirming that we have sent the file.

What method of payment can I use for my medical examination?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, debit, or cash.

Do you offer a reduced price for children?
Yes, we have a lower price for children age 14 and under.  See our pricing page.

Iā€™m a refugee. Can I book with you?
Yes. If you have already received your Refugee Protection Claimant Document, you can book an appointment with us. This is a document you receive from the Immigration department. It has your photo on it. It is pale yellow.

What if I need to cancel my medical appointment?
To cancel, call us at (519) 748-8510.  You can also cancel using the email link that was sent to you at the time of your online booking. You must give us at least 24 hours notice when you cancel or reschedule an appointment. Otherwise we will charge you $75 to re-book.
